Bordered on the east by Lamaha Gardens and Prashad Nagar and Bel Air Village; on the north by Bel Air Park and the Botanic Gardens; on the west by Middleton Street and on the North by the now defunct train tracks aka "Line top".

Campbellville is further subdivided into lettered sections, A through N. Although section names are generally not used anymore, some of these sections have retained distinct characteristics. E.g. Section K whose boundaries are Bonasika St (N), Sheriff St (W), Eastern Highway (E) and the Lamaha Canal (S) was originally developed as a housing scheme for civil servants in the British Colonial Administration. Although there are few original residents, Section K is still known for its upscale houses.
